Abelha Organic CachaƧa is the claim to fame forĀ Marcos Vaccaro, Tom Stockley,Ā and the rest of the team. Headquartered in Bristol, U.K., Abelha has developed an un-aged "silver" CachaƧa and a rested "gold" CachaƧa that have launched in the US and Europe this year.
Abelha Organic CachaƧa Ouro starts with the same, pure cane Spirit that gives rise to the Prata edition from sweet, first-pressed cane juice. But "ouro" means "gold" in Brazilian Portuguese. This gold comes from aging in special sixty-five gallon casks made from an exotic wood from the ash native to Brazil called Garapeira ā adding a truly unique entry flavor and back palate. And just like its un-aged sibling Spirit, itās certified organic, gluten free, and vegan friendly.
